Post-it Holders part 2...

Here are the rest of the Post-it holders that I got finished. Lots of pics, but that's good right?!?! Can I tell you really, how much I love these?! Some of them I love so much I don't want to give them away. :) Again, still no pens, well at least when I took all of the pictures but the first one. :) (I had the pens by then) So, just imagine the rest with the cute little black pen in them. :)

Post-it Holders...

My friend asked me to make a bunch of Post-it holders for her. Here are three of the ones I have gotten done...I will post the pictures of the other ones when I get them made. :) She wants them very non-specific, which is a lot harder for me than I thought. :) It wouldn't be too hard, but I also like them to have some dimension to them and I just keep feeling like I need to add words. :) Do you know what I mean or am I just crazy?! Don't answer that! :)

Okay, so I ran out of the mini pens, but just imagine a cute little pen in the last two. :) The pens come from Staples, and they are the best deal I have found. If you find a better one let me know. :)

*Hmmm...after looking at my last post I guess I have been liking the bird stamp a little bit! :)

A Color Challenge...No!

I really wanted to participate in this weeks color challenge on Kristina's blog but apparently these were tough colors for me. I tried so many different things and these were the best two. Scary huh! I guess I just wasn't feeling it...even my hubby told me that they weren't "up to par." Oh well. :) I still wanted to post them just to show I tried, but I didn't enter them in the challenge. :) I think my problem was I made these little button flowers and was really wanting to use them but I just couldn't come up with a WAY to use them. :)

Tag Package and a Sorry...

Well, first I need to apologize. I had been thinking of doing a class the first part of December and had told a few of you about it. Well, things have changed and I am not going to do the class. Basically what it came down to was money...I could either plan a December class on short notice or save what I had over to getting the NEW catalogs and new fun sets to start planning new and great classes and projects for the first of the year! I choose the second one. However, I do still have some Christmas stuff on hand, so if anyone wants to make some fun things email me and we can get together for a fun stamping afternoon. :)

Ok, now on to the fun stuff! :) I love LOVE this fun gift idea! I first saw THIS fun idea on Ashley's blog and loved it. I had been saving this to show you because it was possibly going to be part of the class, but since its not happening I wanted to show you now. :) I changed my package up a bit from Ashley's and I used a medium size cello bag to hold my tags so that I could fit a few more. :) It is such a fun and simple project...I love them! :)
What I used:

Advent Calendar...

Well, first, sorry about the long break. I spent the time with family for the holiday and it was great! Of course I got some stamping in to, so that made it even better. :)

So do you remember awhile back when I showed you THESE triangle boxes, and I mentioned I had something fun in mind that I just needed to finish?! Well, I finally got them finished. :) I made 24 of the triangle boxes in the little ornament size to use as an Advent Calendar. I love them...so much that I am just using them to look at. :) I am so mean? I did something else for my kids, because I just loved these to much to let them rip them open. :) All of them on my little pencil pine tree.
