Magnetic Clips...

Awhile ago I made a TON of scalloped circles to go on my convention swap card, (see THIS post to see what I am talking about) well, I ended up only getting about half of my cards put together. So ever since convention I have had all these scallops sitting in my craft room, and I have been wondering what to do with them. I finally decided what to do with them. Well, a few of them at least! :) I took a few of these plain magnetic clips that I got at staples...
and added the scallop circles to them with dimensionals! So easy and I think they are pretty cute! :)
Here they are on my magnet board!

Stamps: Wow Flowers
Ink: Kiwi Kiss, Pacific Point
Card stock: Whisper White, Kiwi Kiss, Pacific Point
Accessories: Silver Brads, Scallop Circle Punch, 1 3/8" Circle Punch, 1" Circle Punch, dimensionals, magnetic clips (staples)

Color Inspiration Challenge #20...

So I haven't been able to play along with the last couple of challenges...but when I saw the colors on Kristina's Blog for this one, I loved them and had to make some time. :) This is so not the card I had in my head (it was much cuter in my head) but oh well. I think I'm just not sure about all the vanilla. :) Stamps: Fast & Fun Notes, Polka Dot
Ink: Basic Black, Chocolate Chip, Certainly Celery, Regal Rose, Pink Pirouette
Card stock: Very Vanilla, Pink Pirouette, Regal Rose, Certainly Celery, Chocolate Chip
Accessories: Scallop Edge Punch, Blender Pen, Silver Brads, Chocolate Chip 5/8" Grosgrain Ribbon, Dimensionals

Super Cute Treat Holders...

WOW...I can't believe how long it has been since I posted anything. I am so sorry...I was busy last week getting ready to go out of town to do a big class.
Anyway...I saw THESE cute treat holders on Ashley's Blog and yesterday I needed a quick treat to give to the ladies I go Visiting Teaching too, so I made these up real quick. I love the way they turned out and more importantly so did the ladies I made them for! :)

Club Cards...

These are two of the cards that my club girls did this month. This first card I completely cased from Angela on SCS. The only thing I changed was the color of card stock from kiwi kiss to baja breeze. I really like this card though! :)
This card I got ideas from a mix of cards...I really like how it turned out though. I have to say that I really did not like this set when we got it at convention, but I am really liking it now! :)

If you are interested in being in club, we still have 7 spots available, so just let me know. Its a ten month commitment with a $15 minimum purchase each month. I love it..its a perfect way to stock up on all the things you want while staying in your budget! :) Email me at welldunnideas@hotmail.com if you are interested.

Hostess Gift...

I found THIS box on SCS and loved it. It is the perfect size to hold 4 3x3 cards and envelopes, and there is still some room so you could put more in there. :) I changed it just a tiny bit and made this to give to my hostess. I am making a bunch to use as door prizes for a big class that I am doing in Southern Utah this weekend, I am also working on one using the Bella Rose paper, so be looking for that one! :)
I made 4 cards to put in the box and I just left them all blank so that you can write whatever you want to. Again, I am so glad this stamp set and paper made it to the catalog, although there are some amazing new ones too! :)

Stationary Box...

So I have been wanting to make one of these super cute stationary boxes for awhile now but thought they looked to complicated...turns out they are super easy! :) I found the instructions HERE, but the one I saw that really made me want to make one I found HERE on Becky Roberts blog. So cute huh! I totally used hers as inspiration and ended up making my cards very similar to hers! :)
I wanted to make one of these for my Grandma...she and my Grandpa are serving a mission for the LDS church and they were able to come home for just a couple days, so I had to hurry and make it...I really like how it turned out, I was just really wishing I would have had my Bella Rose DSP to make it with. :)

Sorry about the lighting (or lack of) in the pictures, I was late to the dinner we were going to see my grandparents at because I was just trying to get the box finished, so I took pictures at my aunts house! :)

I was SO excited to see that the Summer Picnic DSP and the Tart and Tangy set made it to the new catalog that I had to make some more gift card holders with it! :) I really like how these turned out. I know lots of people have made these, and I even had one sweet girl email me to let me know where I might have found them, but I actually found the first ones that I saw. You can see them here. Kellyjg on Splitcoast made them.
The inside...I didn't put an actual gift card in there, but a coupon for my hostesses. :)

Bunko Invites...

I am in charge of bunko this month and these are the invitations I made. I liked them and they didn't take to long, which is always a plus! :) Now, you are probably wondering about the pen marks :) My sweet 4 year old decided to 'help' when I left the room for a minute...luckily he only got mine because the rest were in the envelopes. :)

I just wanted to show a close up of the dots...its the same technique I mentioned in an earlier post. I learned it here on Andrea Walfords blog. I love this technique and it's so easy too.

Stamps: Quirky Alphabet Lower (retired)
Ink: Versamark, Going Grey
Card stock: Basic Black, Whisper White, Grey (I don't remember where it came from, its old! :))
Accessories: 1/4" circle punch, Crystal Effects, White Embossing Powder, glue dots, 3/16" Corner Rounder

More convention stuff...

Ok, this should be the last of the convention stuff that I wanted to show. Sorry if it has been pretty boring seeing all this but I liked it and its my blog! :) He he...
This is the card front I did to swap at convention. It looked so much cuter in my head, but my order didn't get here till two days before convention so I didn't have time to change it. :) This card is using the new set Wow Flowers and the new in colors Pacific Point and Kiwi Kiss.
This card I made for our big group dinner, but then I forgot to take them with me to the dinner so now I have a bunch left over. :) I like how it turned out though. The black dots I did using a technique I found on Andrea Walfords blog.
I made this card for my shoebox swap that we did one night during convention. It uses the new in color Kiwi Kiss. I really like this card...this is also one of the cards my August workshops will be doing. :)
This last card is one of the WOW projects we got to make during the shoebox swap. I have been wanting to make one of these cards and so I was so excited I got to make one that night. :)

Convention Make 'n Takes...

These are some of the make and takes we did at convention. I think they turned out so cute and so I wanted to share! :)

This first card I love. It uses one of my most favorite new things that is coming out in the new catalog tomorrow...the scallop edge punch!
This box is so cute! It was so easy to make and hold little note cards and envelopes. A perfect little gift. I love the ribbon on it! Its the new 1 1/4" Pink Pirouette grosgrain...so fun!
A super cute scrapbook page using the new set 'Flight of the Butterfly'
I love this gift sack, and the bow on it is so cute and EASY to make! :)
This is a cute little mini album using the 3x3 envelopes for the covers.

Convention Pictures...

Well, I am so excited that I was at convention. It was awesome! For some reason though, I don't have very many pictures...I must have been to excited to remember to get the camera out! :) I don't know...but here are the few I got, and if you want to see more fun ones check out Ashley's blog.
So don't mind the deer caught in headlights look :), but yes, that is Kristina Werner! I was so excited to meet her, it was like meeting a celebrity! (I know I'm dumb, but what can I say!)

Again, with my crazy eyes, but this is Me, Ashley and Jill. Jill is so cute, and it was fun to finally be able to meet her! :)
The theme was Celebrate '08
Me and Ashley
Betsy, Lindsay, and Ashley. Betsy and Lindsay are so cute and they were fun to get to know! :)
Me and Brooke Stockman, she is so cute! I love her blog and it was fun to get to meet her in real life! :)

Convention gifts from Ashley...

Ashley is my upline and so cute! She made these adorable gifts for all of her downline. She is so sweet. I got to stay with her during convention, and it was so fun getting to know her more! I had so much fun getting to know people at convention and just enjoying being there. I have lots to share, so hopefully you don't get bored from it all! :)
In the bag there was this super cute monogrammed notebook...
A darling little book using the clear envelopes... and a candy bar holder and some yummy taffy!

Thanks again Ashley...it was awesome!
